1. Digital Goods Non-Refundable Nature

Because all products sold by krishmadeit are instantly downloadable digital goods (audio files and license agreements), all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a transaction has been completed and the files have been delivered or made available for download.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

While our standard policy is strictly no refunds, we may make exceptions in the following rare circumstances at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the exact same beat and license tier twice within 24 hours.
• Technical Issues: If the provided file is corrupted or unplayable, and we are unable to provide a working replacement file within 72 hours of you notifying us.
